The information you keep checking by hand, collected for you.
We set up automated data collection: the job listings, flight data, competitor prices, product manuals and other information you need, gathered from the web on a schedule. AI sorts out what matters, and the results land wherever your team works.
What we collect
Information you can act on.
The point is knowing when something changes, in time to do something about it.
Job listings
New postings from job boards and company career pages, filtered to the roles, companies or areas you track. Useful for recruiters, staffing firms, and anyone who sells to companies that are hiring.
Flight and travel data
Fares and schedules from travel sites, collected in one place, so you see the options side by side instead of checking site after site.
Competitor pricing
Prices, menus and listings from the businesses you compete with, checked on a schedule, so you know when something moves.
Manuals and spec sheets
Product manuals and spec sheets from manufacturer sites, downloaded and organized, with model numbers and key details pulled out so your team can find the right one quickly.
Whatever you check by hand
Listings, directories, supplier catalogs, public records. If someone on your team keeps opening the same sites to copy the same information, it's a candidate.
Where AI comes in
AI reads it first.
Collecting the data is half the job. The other half is reading it, and that's where AI earns its place.
Filters the noise
Duplicates, irrelevant results and junk come out, based on rules you set with us.
Tags what matters
A job that fits, a fare that dropped, a competitor that changed a price. Flagged so it stands out.
Summarizes it
A short digest of what changed. No digging through rows.
AI does the sorting. You still make the calls.
Where it lands
Wherever you need it.
A spreadsheet
A Google Sheet or Excel file that stays current.
An alert
Email, text or WhatsApp when something you care about changes.
Your systems
Your CRM, database or website.
A dashboard
A simple page you can open any time.
See it in practice
A job placement agency stopped checking job sites by hand.
Hundreds of postings a day from more than ten job sites now land in a cloud database, and the agency uses AI to match them against its candidates. It was built and tested in two days.
Read the case studyData stuck in files, too.
Not everything lives on a website. Invoices, order forms, manuals, PDFs, emails and exports hold information your team retypes by hand. We pull the data out, check it, and put it in the same place as everything else.
How it works
Four steps. No mystery.

Tell us what you check, where you check it, and what you'd do with the answer.
We look at the sources
We check each site and tell you plainly what can be collected reliably and what can't.
We build and test it
You see real output from your real sources before anything runs on a schedule.
We keep it running
We watch it and fix it when a source changes. If a change can't be worked around, we tell you and look at the options.
Questions
Common questions.
What happens when a website changes?
Websites change their layout, and when they do, the collection can stop working. That's normal, and it's why we don't set it up and walk away. We monitor what we run for you and fix it when a source changes. If a change means the data can't be collected the same way, we tell you.
How often does it run?
As often as it's useful and the source allows. It can run daily, weekly, or several times a day for prices or fares that move. We set the schedule with you after we've looked at the sources.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. The data can go to tools you already use: a spreadsheet, your email, a text message, your CRM or your database.
What does it cost?
It's quoted per project: a one-time build, plus a monthly fee to keep it running. The price depends on how many sources there are, how often it runs, and where the data has to go. The first call is free, and we'll tell you if a job isn't worth automating.
