Cognito AI Solutions was built for small businesses that know their tools should work together and don't have the time or a technical team to make it happen.

Cognito AI Solutions LLC is a Delaware-registered consultancy founded by Aryeh Robinson, based in Rockland County, New York. It started in July 2025, after more than twenty years in software: running technical support at On-Net Surveillance Systems, then product GM for the Ocularis video platform at On-Net and Qognify, then product GM for the third-party integrations suite and APIs at Evolv Technology.

That last role is closest to this work. The integration work at Evolv meant other people's APIs and other people's data models. Here is what actually breaks an AI rollout: the CRM that stores phone numbers three different ways, the scheduling tool with no usable API, the spreadsheet on one person's desktop that nobody else knows how to fix. We look for those first.

It also means saying when AI is the wrong tool. Some of what eats your week should be automated. Some of it should be deleted. Some of it needs a person, and no amount of software changes that.

The approach is the same whether it's an office, an agency, a shop, a restaurant or a contractor. The work runs from a first conversation about what is actually broken through to a system running in your real environment, connected to the tools you already pay for, or a straight answer about which ones won't connect.
