An AI consultant in Rockland County who ships working systems.

We build AI that runs inside your business every day — answering the phone, moving work between the systems you already pay for, and handling the jobs that quietly eat your team's week. Based in Rockland County, serving the New York metro area.

You don't have to take that on faith. We built an AI phone agent for Rita's of Monsey. It is answering calls right now.

What an AI consultant actually does

Most of the phrase is marketing. Here is the work.

An AI consultant finds the places in your business where a person is doing something a machine could do accurately, builds the thing that does it, connects it to the software you already run on, and stays until it works with your real customers and your real data. The output is a system in production.

It goes by other names — AI implementation, AI integration, automation consulting. Same job.

Proof, before anything else

Rita's of Monsey — live, and you can check it in fifteen seconds

An AI phone agent that answers the phone, takes the full order, handles the calls that aren't orders at all, and writes the ticket straight into their Clover POS.

The first thing owners say is that customers will hate talking to a robot. So don't take our word for it. Call (845) 498-1605 and ask it a question. If it sounds like a robot you'll know immediately, and no number we printed here would have changed your mind.

FlySerene — four systems into one

Data spread across four platforms that didn't talk to each other, pulled into a single connected data layer, with the business built on top of it.

Not an AI build. A data problem — which is usually what's sitting underneath the AI problem, and the reason a lot of AI projects stall in month two.

A firm that brought us in to train their team

FROM A FIRM TRAINING ENGAGEMENT

"We engaged Cognito AI Solutions for an in-depth training on how to practically integrate AI into our operations. It was an eye-opening session — not just theory, but real, actionable ways we can use AI in our day-to-day to operate faster and smarter."

When you don't need us

Three things we will tell you not to automate. Better to say it now than after you've paid for it.

Work where the AI can't reach the source.

When a tool can reach the real document, it usually gets the answer right and tells you where it came from. When it can't, it fills the gap — and it sounds exactly the same either way. If the information lives somewhere the system can't get to, automating the answer makes the problem harder to catch.

A process nobody has written down.

If three people in your office each do it differently, there's nothing to automate yet. That's a writing-it-down job, and you may not need us for it.

Something that runs fine and rarely.

A task that takes twenty minutes twice a month is the wrong place to spend money. We'd rather find the thing eating an hour every day.

How the work runs

01

01 — A free 20-minute call.

You describe what's slow, expensive, or getting dropped. We say whether it's worth building. Sometimes the answer is that it isn't.

02

02 — We look at the actual work.

The real inbox, the real phone log, the real folder of documents, with whatever needs redacting redacted.

03

03 — We build it against your real systems.

Your CRM, your phone line, your POS, your email, your scheduler. It runs where your business already runs.

04

04 — It goes live, and we stay through the first weeks.

The part that gets skipped. A system that works in a demo and breaks on a Tuesday afternoon isn't finished.

Where this fits best

The industry is the least transferable part of any of this.

What transfers is the shape of the problem: calls answered right away, the caller's request captured accurately while three other calls are happening, and the result landing in the system of record instead of a notepad somebody types up later.

Swap flavors and pickup times for matter type and conflict-check details, and that's client intake at a law firm. Swap them for policy number and date of loss, and it's a first notice of loss. The hard parts don't change — understanding a real person talking at speed, refusing to invent an answer when it doesn't know one, and landing the result in the system you actually run on.

So the shape fits plenty of businesses that run on phone calls and paperwork: a law office, an insurance agency, a contractor, a medical office, a shop. The system you can call today happens to be at a food shop in Monsey. If your business runs on something else entirely, the first call is still free.

Who you'd be working with

Cognito AI Solutions was founded in July 2025 by Ari (Aryeh) Robinson, and operates from Rockland County.

Before this, twenty-plus years in software: running technical support at On-Net Surveillance Systems, then product GM for the Ocularis video platform at On-Net and Qognify, then product GM for the third-party integrations suite and APIs at Evolv Technology, which makes AI-powered security screening. The through-line is systems that have to work in a real building on a real Tuesday.

You work with him directly. There is no account manager.

Serving Rockland County

The live phone agent is in Monsey. We work across Rockland County — Spring Valley, Nanuet, New City, Suffern, Nyack and the rest — and into Bergen County, NJ and Westchester County, NY.

Close enough to come to you. Most of the work happens remotely, because that's where your systems are.

Questions

It depends on what gets built, and we'd rather scope it on a call than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you. The first call is free and takes twenty minutes. Two things do have fixed prices: the AI Jumpstart, a 90-minute one-on-one session, and a 30-Day Sprint at $1,497.

If the person who needs this is on your team rather than you — a controller, an office manager, a paralegal — the AI Jumpstart is a 90-minute one-on-one session on their actual work.
